Here’s what I’ve done...
We’ve got 2 shipping offices with dedicated staff to ship quickly to you and also with tracking numbers and all that other fun stuff we like.

This whole website is written, designed and aimed at helping you through this period or chapter in your life – I’ve been there, sitting in that same seat you are sitting in, and I’m simply trying to help you get this done as quickly and easily as possible.

More Details...  Overnight Shipping – yes – we can do that. Here’s the basic guidelines.

(This information is for our standard Funeral Memorial Angels – unfortunately – if you want custom designs completed, there’s a 10 business day turnaround time.)

In North America

• You need to order before 2pm Eastern Time by calling 1 877 245 5927 
• We’ll take your details, give you a quote from UPS right away on the spot
• Needing your Funeral Memorial Angels before a certain time of the day – like early in the morning, is going to cost you a little more – but whatever we get charged, you’ll get charged – fair enough?
• We’ll take your order over the phone and take your credit card details at the same time
• Yes – we actually like to talk to people and if we can help you through this one on one – then great!

In Australia

• You need to order by noon Eastern Time by calling 0488 993 444
• We’ll take your details and because we ship overnight with Express Post (Australia Post) we’ll be able to give you a flat rate to most major postcodes. If you live in a remote area – we’ll cover this over the phone and do whatever we can to get these to you on time.

If  you live outside the USA or Australia and need something overnight – well – give us a call and we’ll do whatever we can to help you at this time.

Q: How Long Will It take For My Order To Arrive?

A: We usually ship within 48 hours - then however long it takes for the mail to get to you from Sacramento, CA.

Q: If I order lots and lots - can I get a better price?

A: If you are ordering more than 25 Angels at a time - please feel free to contact us to discuss this.

Q: I'm a retailer and want to buy these at wholesale price - how can I do this?

A: ABSOLUTELY! We're waiting to hear from you! Call 1 877 245 5927 to get started.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Collection and Use of Information
Pocket Angels collects personal data for the purpose of providing a specific product or service requested by the customer. Certain information may be required in order to provide this product or service, such as full name of customer and recipient, authorised users, e-mail address, billing address, contact phone numbers and credit card number. The information collected may also be used to inform the customer of additional products and services, which may be of interest to them. All marketing material sent to the customer will include an option for the customer to request removal from mailing or contact lists for any future marketing.

Disclosure of Information
Pocket Angels will not disclose any personal information such as your name, address, email, and telephone number to any person outside of the company - EVER, unless required by law to disclose such information. Furthermore, under no circumstances will Pocket Angels sell or receive payments or services for disclosing customer's personal information to any partner or external company - EVER.

A 'cookie' keeps track of the information you provide such as the products in your shopping cart. Pocket Angels use cookies to let us know that you are a prior customer and to provide certain features such as member options. We do not store any personal or financial information about you using cookies. The majority of web browsers automatically accept cookies, but most allow you to instruct your browser to prevent the use of cookies. Pocket Angels customers can elect to receive the Pocket Angels e-newsletter (The Angel Tribe) by joining as a Pocket Angels member and opting to receive our plain text or HTML newsletter. At any stage you wish to stop receiving any of these promotional emails, simply click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email, or login into the members area and tick the Newsletter option as "None".
